Senja s.r.o. is the controller of personal information handled through this website and the Opterya Google Marketing MCP. Questions, access requests, and deletion requests can be sent to info@senja.sk.
Information we handle
Website enquiries
When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide. The website also uses essential session and security data needed to protect and deliver the contact form.
Google account data
When an authorised internal user connects a Google account, the tool may handle:
- OAuth authorisations and tokens needed to maintain the connection;
- Google account, customer, property, container, and resource identifiers;
- campaign settings, keywords, budgets, performance metrics, and reporting data;
- analytics, search performance, tag configuration, and conversion-measurement data.
The precise information available depends on the Google services and permissions the authorised user chooses to connect.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide Senja's authorised internal marketing operations: reporting, keyword and search-demand research, campaign management, conversion measurement, tag management, troubleshooting, security, and audit records. We also use limited technical data to prevent abuse and maintain the reliability of the tool.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for unrelated advertising, or make it available to data brokers.
Access and sharing
Access is limited to authorised Senja employees and contractors who need the information for the stated internal purposes. Information may be processed by Google and by infrastructure providers acting for Senja, subject to appropriate contractual and security safeguards. We may disclose information where the law requires it or where necessary to protect users, Senja, or the public.
Storage, protection, and retention
Credentials and connected-account data are stored in protected infrastructure with access controls appropriate to their sensitivity. We minimise retained information and keep it only for as long as the connection, operational purpose, legal obligation, or security record requires. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, loss, or disclosure.
Your choices and rights
You can revoke Senja's Google access at any time from your Google Account security settings. You may also contact info@senja.sk to request access, correction, restriction, objection, portability, or deletion where applicable. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Opterya Google Marketing MCP's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the tool, the law, or our data practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice.
