Personal data we process
We process information you submit in forms or messages, contact details, selected service, message content, technical security logs, consent choices and necessary operational data.
Purposes and legal bases
Contact and service inquiries are processed to answer requests, prepare offers, perform agreed services and document follow-up. Security and technical operation are processed on legitimate interest and legal obligations where they apply.
Analytics: Helps us understand page use and improve content and technical quality. The legal basis is consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Suppliers and processors
We use suppliers for hosting, security, email, forms, CRM and technical maintenance. Processors may process data only under instruction and with appropriate security.
Transfers outside the EEA
Analytics or marketing suppliers outside the EEA are not used unless such a purpose is enabled in the profile and you have given consent where required.
Retention
Inquiries are stored as long as needed to follow up the request, document the customer relationship or meet legal duties. Technical logs and consent logs are kept only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting and documentation.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and object to processing where the conditions are met. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Complaint
If you believe the processing breaches data protection rules, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (https://dataprotection.gov.sk/).
Processing follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection. Storing cookies and other data on your device is governed by Section 109 of Slovak Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on electronic communications.
