About these services
This website is operated by Senja s.r.o. Opterya Google Marketing MCP is a private operational tool for authorised Senja employees and contractors. It is not offered for public registration or general public use.
Authorised use
Internal users may access the tool only through credentials and Google accounts they are authorised to use. They must follow applicable law, Google platform terms, Senja security requirements, and the permissions granted by each account owner. Attempts to bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, or access another party's data are prohibited.
Changes and availability
Senja may change, suspend, or discontinue website or tool functions as operational and legal requirements evolve. We work to provide a stable and secure service, but availability and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Third-party services
The tool connects to services operated by Google. Use of those services remains subject to the relevant Google terms and account permissions. Google names and product marks belong to Google LLC; their appearance does not imply endorsement of Senja or the tool.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Senja is not responsible for indirect loss caused by unavailable third-party services, inaccurate third-party data, or unauthorised use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
